ျပည္တြင္းမွ ေပးစာ .... ကသည္းသူပုန္တစ္ဦးမွ ျမန္မာတိုင္းရင္းသူတစ္ဦးအား ရက္စက္စြာသတ္ျဖတ္ခဲ့ၿပီး မ်က္ျမင္အမ်ိဳးသမီး၏ အသက္အႏၱရာယ္အေရး ႀကံဳေတြ႕ေနရ။ဟြဏ္းဘီးလ္ (ျပည္တြင္းမွ ေပးစာ)။ ။ ကၽြန္မ မက်ိန္ငိုက္မန္ ( ၅/ကလထ(ႏိုင္) ၁၇၉၉၃၀ ) မွ အသနားခံ တင္ျပအပ္ပါသည္။ ကၽြန္မသည္ ခလရ(၂၂၈) ကေလးၿမိဳ႕မွ အၿငိမ္းစားပင္စင္ယူ္ၿပီးသည့္ ဒုအရာခံဗိုလ္ ခြာလ္ကမ္း(ရံုးအုပ္)၏ သားသမီး(၇)ေယာက္အနက္မွ အလတ္(တတိယေျမာက္) သမီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ၂၀၀၉ ခုႏွစ္၊ မတ္လတြင္ ကေလးတကၠသိုလ္မွ B.A (Hons) English ဘြဲ႕ရရွိၿပီး ယခုလက္ရွိတြင္ ( KVBA UNICEF) NGO တြင္ Local Trainer ရာထူးျဖင့္ ကၽြန္မ၀ါသနာပါသည့္ အလုပ္ကို ရိုးသားစြာလုပ္ကိုင္ရင္း အခ်ိန္အားလပ္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္ စက္ခ်ဳပ္ပညာကို ဆည္းပူးသင္ယူလွ်က္ ရွိပါသည္။
သို႔ရာတြင္ မိဘကို ေကၽြးေမြးျပဳစုခ်င္တာေတာင္ ေက်းဇူးဆပ္ခြင့္မရဘဲ ကၽြန္မဘ၀ကို လိမ္လည္ျဖားေယာင္းၿပီး အတင္းအဓမၼ ေပါင္းသင္းၿခိမ္းေျခာက္ခံသူ ကသည္းသူပုန္တစ္ဦးေၾကာင့္ ကၽြန္မမွာ ယေန႔ထိတိုင္ အသက္အႏၱရာယ္စိုးရိမ္မႈျဖင့္ ထိတ္လန္႔မႈ ျဖစ္ေနရပါသည္။ ဧၿပီလ(၁၂)ရက္၊ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ကၽြန္မအား ေတာင္ႀကီးသႀကၤန္ အလည္သြားမည္၊ မလိုက္လွ်င္ မရဟုဆိုကာ ကားတစ္စီး(စိုးမိုးသူကားအသင္း)ႏွင့္ အတင္းထည့္ေပးပါသည္။
၄င္းမတိုင္ခင္ အိမ္တြင္လည္း အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ေသနတ္ျဖင့္ ရင္ကိုေထာက္ခ်ိန္ၿပီး သူ႔အား မခ်စ္/ မေပါင္းရင္ ဘာျဖစ္သြားမလဲ ဆိုတာ သတိထားဆိုၿပီး ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္ပါသည္။ မည္သူႏွင့္မွလည္း စကားမေျပာခိုင္း၊ အဆက္အသြယ္ မလုပ္ခိုင္းပါဘူး။ (၁၄)ရက္ေန႔ ေတာင္ႀကီးေရာက္ၿပီး တည္းခိုခန္းတြင္ ကၽြန္မအား အၿမဲတမ္း ပိတ္ထားခဲ့ပါသည္။ (၁၉)ရက္ေန႔တြင္ လြိဳင္ေကာ္ေရာက္ၿပီး တည္းခိုခန္းတြင္ ျပန္တည္းပါသည္။
ကၽြန္မမွာ တစ္ေနကုန္ တည္းခိုခန္းထဲတြင္ အျပင္လံုး၀မထြက္ရ၊ မည္သူႏွင့္မွ စကားမေျပာရ အမိန္႔ျဖင့္
အက်ဥ္းသမားတစ္ေယာက္လို ျဖစ္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ထမင္းေတာင္ အခ်ိန္မွန္ မစားရပါဘူး။ ညအိပ္ခ်ိန္က်မွ မခံမရပ္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ အႏိုင္က်င့္ေစာ္ကားပါတယ္။ သႀကၤန္ၿပီးကတည္းက ကၽြန္မျပန္မယ္ေျပာတာကို လံုး၀ျပန္ခြင့္မေပးပါဘူး။ မိဘေတြနဲ႔ ဖုန္းေတာင္ ေျပာခြင့္မေပးပါဘူး။ ကၽြန္မ လက္ရွိလုပ္ကိုင္ေနတဲ့
အလုပ္ကိုပါ ထြက္ခိုင္းပါတယ္။ အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ ေဆးျပားရႈၿပီး ကၽြန္မကို ႏွာေခါင္း၊ ခံတြင္းေတြပါ အၿမဲတမ္း ဒဏ္ရာရခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာကို တိုင္ရဲရင္တိုင္ၾကည့္ပါလား တဲ့။ နင္ေရာ၊ နင့္မိသားစု၀င္ေတြေရာ
ငါတို႔ေသနတ္နဲ႔ ေသရမယ္၊ ငါ့မွာ တပည့္ေတြအမ်ားႀကီးရွိတယ္ တဲ့။
ငါတို႔ကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအစိုးရနဲ႔ ဥပေဒက ဘာမွလုပ္လို႔မရဘူးတဲ့။ ေငြနဲ႔ ကိုင္ေပါက္လို႔ရတယ္တဲ့။ ကၽြန္မကို လူမဆန္စြာ ႏွိပ္စက္ေစာ္ကားခဲ့တာေတြကေတာ့ (၃)လလံုးလံုးပါပဲ။ သူ႔လက္ထဲက လြတ္ေျမာက္ဖို႔အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ထြက္ေျပးခဲ့ေပမယ့္ အားခ်င္းမမွ်လို႔ ကၽြန္မကိုျပန္မိၿပီး ရက္ရက္စက္စက္ မ်က္စိေတြညိဳမည္း၊ ေသြးထြက္သြားေအာင္ အခါေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ထိုးႀကိတ္ၿပီး ေနာက္တစ္ခါ ငါ့ဆီကထြက္ေျပးရင္ နင့္အေလာင္းပဲ ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ေရာက္ မယ္လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။ တကယ့္ကို ေၾကာက္စရာေကာင္းတဲ့လူပါ။

ဒီလိုနဲ႔ လြိဳက္ေကာ္ကေန မႏၱေလးျပန္တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ မသင္း(ေသဆံုးသူ) လိုက္ပါလာပါတယ္။ သူက မံုရြာထိ ကားေမာင္းၿပီး မံုရြာေရာက္မွ ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ျပန္မယ္ဆိုၿပီး ကၽြန္မမွာလည္း မိဘေတြနဲ႔ အတူျပန္ေတြ႔ရေတာ့မယ္ဆိုၿပီး ေပ်ာ္ေနတာပါ။ တကယ္ျပန္မယ္လို႔ ကၽြန္မထင္ခဲ့တာ။ မံုရြာအထြက္ သမိုင္း၀င္အင္ၾကင္းေတာမေရာက္ခင္ ေတာလမ္းထဲကို ေကြ႔ေမာင္းသြားလို႔ ကၽြန္မက ဘာျဖစ္လို႔လဲ၊ လမ္းမွားေနၿပီလို႔ ေျပာေတာ့ ကၽြန္မကို ( ဒါက ဂန္႔ေဂါသြားတဲ့ျဖတ္လမ္း) လို႔ လိမ္ေျပာပါတယ္။ အဲဒီကေန တစ္မိုင္ေလာက္မွာ ကားရပ္ၿပီး ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ျပန္မယ္ဆိုၿပီး သူေခၚလာတဲ့ အမ်ိဳးသမီး(မသင္း)ကို ထိုးႀကိတ္ပါတယ္။
ကၽြန္မကိုယ္တိုင္ ၀င္ေရာက္ကယ္တင္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ကၽြန္မကို ကားထိုင္ခံုနဲ႔ ေခါက္ညွပ္ၿပီး လည္ပင္းနဲ႔ရင္ညြန္႔ကို ကားဒစ္ဘုတ္နဲ႔ ဖိညွပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ( ငါ့လုပ္ငန္းကိစၥ ေငြလိမ္လို႔ ငါ အျပစ္ေပးတာ၊ နင္ဘာတစ္ခုမွ မသိဘဲနဲ႔၊ မဆိုင္ဘဲနဲ႔ ကယ္ဖို႔မႀကိဳးစားနဲ႔) လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။ ( ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ တရားဥပေဒနဲ႔ မွ်တစြာ ေျဖရွင္းပါ) လို႔ ကၽြန္မေတာင္းပန္ေပမယ့္ ( ငါတို႔မွာ တရားဥပေဒဆိုတာ မရွိဘူး) တဲ့။ ( ဒီမံုရြာခရိုင္နဲ႔ စစ္ကိုင္းတိုင္း၊ ခ်င္းျပည္နယ္တစ္ခုလံုးပါ ငါဘာမဆိုလုပ္လို႔ရတယ္။ ငါပိုင္တယ္) ဆိုၿပီး ကၽြန္မကို အရင္ဒဏ္ရာေတြပိုဆိုးလာေအာင္လုပ္ၿပီး အသက္ရႈၾကပ္မွ မသင္းကို သူသတ္လိုက္ၿပီး အေမွာင္ေတာထဲမွာ ပစ္ထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မတို႔ကို ဘယ္အကူအညီမွ မရႏိုင္တဲ့ (၁၈)ရက္ေန႔ည (၁၀)နာရီေလာက္ ဒီေတာလမ္းထဲမွာ ျဖားေယာင္းေခၚသြားတာပါ။
အဲဒီကေန မႏၱေလးကို ျပန္ေမာင္းသြားၿပီး ပတၱျမားတည္းခိုခန္းမွာ တည္းပါတယ္။ ငါ လူသတ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း နင္နဲ႔မဆိုင္တာ၀င္ေျပာမယ္၊ တိုင္မယ္ဆိုရင္ ငါ နင့္ကို အခ်ိန္မေရြးသတ္ရဲတယ္ဆိုတာ မွတ္ထား လို႔ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္ပါတယ္။ အဲဒီမွာ အခန္းထဲမွာပဲထမင္းစားရတယ္။ အျပင္ထြက္ခြင့္မရိွဘူး။ ကၽြန္မ(၃)ႀကိမ္တိုင္တိုင္ ပတၱျမားတည္းခိုခန္းပိုင္ရွင္ကို ( အခြင့္အေရး မရမက ေန႔ညမအိပ္ဘဲႀကိဳးစားၿပီး) စာနဲ႔ေရာ၊ မ်က္ရိပ္နဲ႔ေရာ၊ ပါးစပ္နဲ႔ကပါ ေျပာ/တိုင္ ခဲ့ေပမယ့္ အေျခအေနမထူးခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ကားမွန္အနက္တပ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာလည္း စာေရးမကို ရဲကိုဖုန္းဆက္ေပးပါလို႔ အကူအညီေတာင္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ ဒီမတရားလုပ္ႀကံသတ္ျဖတ္မႈကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းအျမန္ဆံုးေဖာ္ထုတ္ဖို႔ ႀကိဳးစားခဲ့ေပမယ့္ ကၽြန္မကို လံုး၀ အလစ္မေပးေတာ့ပါဘူး။ (၂၇)ရက္ေန႔ မႏၱေလးကေန ျပန္လာတယ္။
ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ကို ၂၈.၆.၂၀၁၂၊ မနက္(၆)နာရီမွာ ေရာက္ပါတယ္။ အိမ္ျပန္မပို႔ဘဲ ခ်င္းေတာင္တန္းဟို တယ္မွာ တည္းပါတယ္။ မိဘေတြကို အသိမေပးဘဲ သူ႔အိမ္မွာ ပစၥည္းထားၿပီး ခရီးျပန္ထြက္မယ္။ ကၽြန္မ
လိုက္ကိုလိုက္ရမယ္လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ ဒီေရာက္ၿပီးမွေတာ့ မိဘ/ မိဘရင္ခြင္ထဲ ငိုယိုၿပီး ကၽြန္မအျဖစ္ကို မိဘေတြသိရင္ ဘယ္ေလာက္ထိ ရင္နာလိုက္မလဲဆိုၿပီး ၀မ္းနည္းလြန္းလို႔ မိဘနဲ႔ေတြ႔ခြင့္ေတာင္းတာ ခဏေလးပဲ ေတြ႔ခိုင္းပါတယ္။
အဲဒီအခ်ိန္မွာ ညီမေလးအငယ္ဆံုးကို အိမ္သာဘက္ေခၚၿပီး( အစ္မႀကီးဆီကို သြားေျပာပါ၊ ခ်င္းေတာင္တန္းဟိုတယ္ အခန္းနံပါတ္(၃၀၄) ေမြ႔ယာေအာက္မွာ ကၽြန္မစာျမန္ျမန္ေရးၿပီး ဖြက္ထားတာရွိတယ္၊ အျမန္သြားဖတ္ပါ ) လို႔ သြားေျပာခိုင္းလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ရဲစခန္းကို အျမန္သြားအကူအညီေတာင္းပါလို႔ ေျပာလိုက္တယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ သူတို႔အိမ္သြားပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ အဲဒီမွာ အိမ္နံပါတ္ေတြမွတ္ထားလိုက္တယ္။ ကားထဲက ေစာင့္ခိုင္းတာပါ။ အဲဒါၿပီးေတာ့ ကားေရေဆးခိုင္းတယ္။ ကၽြန္မအစ္မလည္း တည္းခိုခန္းကိုသြားၿပီးေတာ့ မန္ေနဂ်ာကို အကူအညီေတာင္းၿပီး ကၽြန္မတို႔တည္းတဲ့အခန္းထဲက စာဖတ္ၿပီးတာနဲ႔ စာကိုယူၿပီး ရဲစခန္းခ်က္ခ်င္းသြားပါတယ္။
အဲဒီမွာ ရဲစခန္းအေရွ႕မွာေတြ႔တဲ့ ရဲကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းတိုင္ၿပီး အက်ိဳးအေၾကာင္းေျပာျပၿပီး ကၽြန္မေရးထားတဲ့စာကိုလည္း အဲဒီ ဒုရဲအုပ္ စိုးေနာင္( ခရိုင္အထူးမႈခင္းႏွိမ္ႏွင္းေရးအဖြဲ႕ေခါင္းေဆာင္) က ယူထားလိုက္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မတို႔ထင္တာေတာ့ တရားခံကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းဖမ္းဖို႔စီစဥ္မယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ကၽြန္မရဲ႕အသက္က တရားခံရဲ႕လက္ထဲမွာရွိတယ္ဆိုေတာ့ ကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေပးမယ္လို႔ ယံုၾကည္အားကိုးခဲ့တာပါ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အဲဒီတရားခံက ဒုရဲအုပ္စိုးေနာင္နဲ႔ အရမ္းရင္းႏွီးၿပီး လူယုတ္မာ (မိုးသူ) ေကၽြးသမွ် စားထားမ်ိဳထားတဲ့ ရဲသစၥာေဖာက္ဆိုေတာ လူယုတ္မာ မိုးသူကို ခ်က္ခ်င္းဖုန္းဆက္ၿပီး ( မင္းကို လူသတ္မႈနဲ႔တိုင္လာတဲ့ ေကာင္မေလးက မင္းနဲ႔အတူပါလာတဲ့မိန္းမ၊ မင္းေဘးနားကမိန္းမ၊ မင္းကို သူ႔အစ္မနဲ႔ စာေရးၿပီး လာတိုင္ခိုင္းတယ္) လို႔ ေျပာေတာ့ ကၽြန္မမွာ ရဲအားကိုးမိကာမွ ရဲက တရားခံဘက္ပါေနေတာ့ ကၽြန္မ အရမ္းတုန္လႈပ္သြားတယ္။
ကၽြန္မမတိုင္ပါဘူးလို႔ ျငင္းေတာ့ ဗိုလ္ေလးစိုးေနာင္က အတိအက်ေျပာေနတာ၊ မယံုရင္ ေရာ့-ဖုန္းေျပာ ဆိုၿပီး ကၽြန္မနဲ႔ေျပာခိုင္းပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မကို ( ဒီကိစၥနင္ေဖာ္လိုက္ၿပီဆိုေတာ့ နင့္ကို ငါသတ္ပစ္မယ္၊ ငါ့လက္က ဘယ္လိုမွ မလြတ္ဘူး )ဆိုၿပီး ကားကို ဟိုတယ္ဘက္အျမန္ေမာင္းပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မလမ္းမွာ ကားေပၚကေန တံခါးဖြင့္ၿပီး ခုန္ခ်မယ္လုပ္ေတာ့ သူက ကၽြန္မကိုတံခါးဂ်က္ခ်ၿပီး အတင္းျပန္ဆြဲထားတယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ့ ( ေသသြားတဲ့သူက နင့္အမ်ိဳးလည္းမဟုတ္၊ သူ႔အေၾကာင္း သူ႔မိသားစုကိုေတာင္ မသိဘဲနဲ႔ အက်ိဳးမရွိတဲ့ဟာကို ဘာျဖစ္လို႔ တိုင္ရတာလဲ၊ နင္ဘာအက်ိဳးမွ မရဘူး။ ငါလည္း ဘာမွ မျဖစ္ဘူး ) လို႔ေျပာပါတယ္။ ဟိုတယ္ေရာက္တာနဲ႔ ကားတံခါးဖြင့္ၿပီး ကၽြန္မ ကားတစ္စီး၀င္လာတာေတာင္ ဂရုမစိုက္ႏိုင္ေတာ့ဘဲ ကားေရွ႕တိုက္ခါနီး ဇြတ္အတင္း၀င္တိုးၿပီး ဟိုတယ္ထဲေျပးပုန္းပါတယ္။
ေနာက္ၿပီး သူက မွတ္ပံုတင္ေတြယူ၊ အခန္းခရွင္းေနတုန္းမွာ ကၽြန္မ ဟိုတယ္ေနာက္ေဖးကေနထြက္ၿပီး ခုန ကၽြန္မကို တိုက္ခါနီးျဖစ္သြားတဲ့ ကားထဲကို အတင္း၀င္ပုန္းၿပီး ကားေမာင္းတဲ့အစ္ကိုကို ကၽြန္မ ဒုကၡေရာက္ေနတယ္။ ကူညီပါ၊ ရဲစခန္းကို အျမန္ပို႔ေပးပါလို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။ အဲဒါနဲ႔ အန္ကယ္တစ္ေယာက္ ကားေပၚျပန္တက္လာၿပီး ခုနက ကားေရွ႕မွာ အလန္႔တၾကားနဲ႔ အတင္းျဖတ္ေျပးသြားတဲ့ ကေလးမဘဲ။ ကားတိုက္လို႔ ေသေတာ့မွာပဲလို႔ေတာင္ ေျပာလိုက္ေသးတယ္။ သမီးဘာျဖစ္တာလဲ လို႔ေျပာေတာ့ ကၽြန္မကအက်ိဳးအေၾကာင္းေျပာျပပါတယ္။ အမွန္ေတာ့ ဒုရဲအုပ္စိုးေနာင္က မိုးသူဆီက ေငြေတြစားထားတာ မနည္းေတာ့ တရားခံကို ေျပးဖို႔အခြင့္အေရးေပးလိုက္ၿပီး သူနဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဖို႔ (ႏွစ္ေယာက္တည္း) ခ်ိန္းေတြ႔ၾကဖို႔ ဖုန္းေျပာေနပါတယ္။ ေတြ႔လည္းေတြ႔ၾကပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မမွာေတာ့ ရဲအားကိုးမိမွေတာ့ အသက္လုၿပီး ေခြးေျပး၀က္ေျပးေျပးလိုက္ရတာ အသက္ထြက္မတတ္ပါပဲ။
ခရိုင္ရဲစခန္းအရင္သြားေတာ့ လူသတ္တရားခံမိုးသူ ဆိုတာၾကားေတာ့ ကသည္းသူပုန္မွန္းသိေတာ့ သိပ္ၿပီး ထိထိေရာက္ေရာက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးတာမရွိခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ကၽြန္မကို လိုက္ပို႔တဲ့ ကားပုိင္ရွင္က (ညီမ သူတို႔ေတြက တရားခံဘက္မွာ အားလံုးပါေနၿပီ။ အရမ္းသိသာတယ္) လို႔ေျပာပါတယ္။ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရဲစခန္းမွာ ကၽြန္မအမႈဖြင့္တိုင္ၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သူက ကၽြန္မႏွင့္ဘာမွ ေသြးသားမေတာ္စပ္သူဆိုေတာ့ ဒီအမႈကို ေရွ႕တိုးမွာလား၊ ေနာက္ဆုတ္မွာလား လို႔ စခန္းမွဴးက ေမးပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မအေနျဖင့္ ဒီအမႈကို တိုင္ရျခင္းကေတာ့ ( မတရားမင္းမဲ့စရိုက္နဲ႔ ဥပေဒမရွိတဲ့ႏိုင္ငံလို လူတစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ အသက္တစ္ေခ်ာင္းကို မႏွေျမာ တန္ဖိုးမထားတတ္တဲ့၊ အႏိုင္က်င့္ေစာ္ကားတတ္တဲ့၊ ေဆးစြဲၿပီး စိတ္ဂနာမၿငိမ္ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့သူကို ဥပေဒနဲ႔အညီ ထန္းသိမ္းဆံုးမေပးပါ။

Moe Too is a person who respect and help women at his best level. He never speak big words to other . He is bound by his own rules and regulations if by mistake he has done anything wrong he has the guts to accept it not to run away.
On the contrary,Macingthreatened those who are friends and relatives to Moe Too that she will upload their names through internet and will let danger befall on them in her locality . Ma Cing is a person with great ego she , who is a prostitute and black marketer who can do anything just for money think herself to be a great person of high standard . Her family is blindfolded by money supported in all her crime.
Ma cing is a germ , a black spot on white cloth, a person who drags down the women society . She is testing her blood every month to check HIV. She even blame Innocent policeman of taking bribe . Now in her locality their neighbours even left their houses not wanting to be with them .
Is there any reason for Ma Cing to be forgiven and why should innocent people like Moe Too be in danger . It’s onto the people to finalised who the real culprit is.
